Miso salmon
Food with miso glaze is amazing. I love its flavor, how great miso works with vegetables, meat or fish. Today’s recipe is really fast and easy to make. What I like the most is that after preparation you don’t need to clean millions of dishes :).
Ingredients for 3-4 portions:
- 400-450 g salmon fillet
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp water
- ¼ tbsp sugar
- salt
- pepper
- Heat the oven to 180.
- In a small mixing bowl mix everything except salmon, salt and pepper. Try to achieve as homogenous sauce as possible.
- Pat dry salmon fillet with paper towel. Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper. Place it on parchment paper and brush it generously with miso sauce.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20min. At the find brush with remaining sauce (if there is any left). Serve with some salad and steamed rice.
